Basil and Feta cheese spread

Text Box: 11 oz soft fresh goat cheese, 
Crumbled, room temperature
3/4 cup chopped drained oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes
1/2 cup Kalamata olives, pitted, chopped
5 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
2 teaspoons chopped fresh thyme
Text Box: Mix goat cheese, tomatoes, olives, 1 tbls olive oil and thyme in a large bowl.
Season with salt and pepper.
Can be made 1 day ahead.
Cover and refrigerate.
Transfer spread to serving bowl.

1 cup loosely packed basil leaves
1/4 cup chopped chives
2-3 cloves garlic
Olive oil
Process basil and chives in food processor until fine.
Add feta and garlic until well mixed.
Add enough olive oil to make spreadable.
Spread on bread, or add to soups, pasta or vegetables

1 basil leaf, 1small piece of softened sun-dried tomato
1 tsp olive oil

Wrap grape leaves around ingredients and grill for about 3 minutes until warm
