2 ripe bananas, peeled.
2 cups goat milk, chilled.
1 teaspoon honey
1/2 cup diced, fresh pineapple, optional.

Add remaining ingredients and mix for 30 seconds or until smooth.
Pour into two tall glasses and serve immediately.
