11/2 cups fruit juice of choice.
1 apple-peeled, cored, and chopped.
1peach-peeled, pitted and chopped. 
1/4 cup yoghurt
1 tables lemon juice
1-2 tbls honey or sugar

4 strawberries, sliced mint leaves for garnish.
Bananas should be frozen with peeling left on.
Peel and place chunks into blender with rest of ingredients, expect for strawberries (fruit and juice should be chilled for best taste)
Serve with spoon and Text Box: straw in tall glass with strawberries and mint garnish and serve promptly.
Makes a filling breakfast drink, or serve any time.

Fruit smoothies are great for a nutritious breakfast of snack.
Just blend a cup of milk, 
1 banana, a few drops vanilla essence and honey or brown sugar to taste (optional).

1 teaspoon molasses
3/4 cup goat milk
Dash of salt
Peel banana.
Mash with fork until smooth and creamy.
Add milk, molasses and salt.
Serve at once

For thicker smoothie add a dollop of plain or flavoured goat milk yoghurt.

1 cup strawberry goat milk yoghurt
1/2  cup orange juice
1 ripe banana.
Combine all ingredients in blender or food processor.
Very easy and enjoyable.
