Text Box: 4 cup goat  milk.
1 tray of ice
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla
Fruit of choice
Nuts of choice (optional)
In a blender, pour milk, add sugar and the rest of ingredients of choice.
Add ice cubes and continue to blend.
This is the consistency of ice cream.

Mix 4 tblsp cocoa.
4 tblsp sugar
1/4  tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp salt
Dissolve in 1/2  cup hot water.
Beat in 4 cups goat milk 
Gradually, with egg beater.
Chill.
Text Box: Speedy hot chocolate
1/2 cup chocolate bits
3 tbsp sugar
1 tsp vanilla
3 cups hot goat milk.
Add all ingredients in blender, stir, serve with marshmallows.
Hot Cocoa
Dissolve 4 tablespoons cocoa in 1/4 cup of hot water.
Add 1/2 cup sugar, dash of salt
4 cups hot goat milk.
Mix well, add vanilla.

Boil the goat milk if milk is not  fresh and top quality.
Bring the milk to 40C
Add a heaped tablespoon of plain yoghurt for each 600ml milk.
Keep warm 37-42c for 6  hours.
A commercial yoghurt maker is recommended.
Text Box: Yoghurt cheese 
Place 2 cups of plain goat milk yoghurt into a colander lined with 3 layers of moistened cheesecloth. Bring the corners of the cheesecloth together to form a bag, which can be drained over the sink.
Drain for 8-16 hours, stirring occasionally, scrapping the cheese away from the cheesecloth.

3 peeled kiwi, or 1 cup of any fruit your choice
1 tray of ice
Cover and blend
Add ice cubes.
Pour into cups and enjoy.

Blend peaches, banana, strawberries, vanilla extract, goat milk and ice.
Serve smoothie sprinkled with cinnamon. 
Decorate with extra
